First, please fill out an intake/registration form HERE.  Once that is completed, shoot us a text at 443-339-3708 to let us know you've registered and are ready to book.

This will depend on the size, condition, and behavior of your pup.  Most haircut and bath services take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours to complete. After evaluating your dog in person, I can give you a better estimate on time.

If you are happy with your pup's new look after your first appointment, you should select either a 4- or 6-week rotation to secure your spot on the client list. Due to high demand and tight routing, I require clients to commit to a regular grooming schedule in order to guarantee their next appointment.

I do require you to be home for the first grooming appointment.  After that, I offer a ‘latch-key service’. You provide a key to keep on file, a garage code, or some other form of access to the home. I will come by at your scheduled grooming appointment time to care for your pet and will send an invoice for services to be paid at the completion of the groom. 

Nope! The mobile bus comes fully equipped with its own electric, fresh water, and grey water tanks. 

Per Maryland State Law, any pet over 16 weeks of age requires an up-to-date rabies vaccination.  We cannot accept the tag, but any paperwork from your veterinarian. 

Mobile grooming is a luxury service--the salon comes to you!  No more wrestling your pup into the car, using your gas and time to get them to the salon.  Your dog receives one-on-one care and my services are all inclusive.

For your pup's safety and my own, you cannot be in the bus during the grooming process.  Seeing their owners usually makes even the most best-behaved pup more nervous or excited during the grooming process, which can be dangerous.  If you would like to see inside the bus, I would be happy to show you around before services start. 

Cash, Card, Check, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.  A $35 fee will be applied for insufficient funds/bounced checks.  

I will not administer or provide any sort of sedation.  If you would like to give your pup a sedative prescribed by their vet before their groom, please let me know before booking the service.
